The definition of a glutton for punishment is “a person who is always eager to undertake hard or unpleasant tasks” and our directors Stuart and Nicola are nothing short of eager to carry out the hideous task of running the Brighton Marathon this weekend.  Despite being avid runners, for various reasons, they haven’t been able to prepare as much as they’d have liked, but that will not stop them running this Sunday for an extremely good cause.

They will be running the 26.2 gruelling miles and raising money for the Disasters Emergency Committee – Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.  DEC charities and their local partners are in Ukraine and across the border in the neighbouring countries and are working to meet the immediate needs of all people fleeing with food, water, medical assistance, protection and trauma care.

If you would like to donate, please follow this link to their Just Giving page or if you’re in Brighton, please cheer them and all the other GFP’s (Gluttons for Punishment) along!
